Primary Work Location - Danville, PA Work From Home eligible within Pennsylvania , (hyrbid/rotating schedule) after one year and approval by manager. Full Time - Exempt. Monday through Friday availability required. Requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs may demand. Role: The Transformation Coordinator will collaborate with various department leaders and credit union management to identify, monitor, analyze, recommend and coordinate the execution of business transformation and continuous improvement across key credit union business processes and functions to achieve end-to-end optimization. Researches processes and capabilities to improve efficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of the credit union's business and/or services and react proactively and effectively to evolving business needs. Provides project management facilitation based on recommendations to management, which are supported by data, research and insights and opportunities to optimize efficiency, improve member and employee satisfaction and experience in support of credit union strategic objectives. Facilitate positive and measurable results across the organization through identified continuous improvement actions and methodologies. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: E 40% Works with management to establish norms and standards of organizational performance. Monitors performance and analyzes current credit union processes and procedures. In support of operational owners, acts as a change agent to identify, design and implement continuous improvement plans aligned with credit union strategic objectives. E 20% Trains, mentors and facilitates the change process with department leaders and team members. Effectively communicates ideas, feedback, progress updates and results to management and appropriate departments. E 20% Establishes relationships across departments, becoming a trusted partner and resource. E 10% Documents changes and creates regular reports for management.
