Sr. Executive Assistant 601 S Belvidere St, Richmond, VA 23220, USA Req #402 Wednesday, November 23, 2022 We're looking for amazing people! Come join Virginia Housing as a Senior Executive Assistant . This role reports directly to the Associate Chief of Staff; the Senior Executive Assistant will provide superior support for the Executive division and our most senior leaders. This collaborative individual supports a diverse group of important external and internal customers while prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload. This role works directly with Virginia Housing Leadership Team. This role also interacts with the Chiefs and Managing Directors along with their staff. This position partners with other Senior Executive Assistants and administrative staff to provide adequate coverage and oversight of Virginia Housing's program and operations areas. Responsibilities will include: Supports bi-monthly Board of Commissioners and Advisory Council meetings; manages multiple calendars, handles catering, secures meeting rooms, and provides other essential services. Provide administrative support (e.g., planning, workflow management, managing priority calls and requests, scheduling, expense reports, correspondence and travel arrangements). Assists with travel and general customer service (e.g., calls, travel arrangements, expenses, conference planning). Assists with preparation for speeches and events. May accompany Virginia Housing Leadership to events or alternative work locations. Provide(s) general administrative support to Virginia Housing Leadership. Prepares meeting agendas and takes notes; follows up on outstanding items. Business Continuity Lead in assigned business area and ensures that related plans are up-to-date. Records Coordinator which includes maintaining files to meet audit and records management guidelines. Sets up and organizes files and manuals; keeps files up-to-date and distributes as needed. Qualified candidates must possess : Associate('s) degree in Business Administration or equivalent vocational/technical training or job experience. Several years of successful work experience with senior management. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
