Primary Purpose (These are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work performed. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.) Know and effectively communicate the division philosophy and mission. Coordinate with the planning and appropriate use of funds available to the schools through the various federal programs: Title I, Part A; Title I, Part C; Title I, Part D, Subpart 2; Title II, Part A; Title III, Part A; Title VI, Part B, Subpart 2. Assume responsibility for the writing of the Federal Consolidated Application (including all Title Programs) revisions and proposals in cooperation with instructional staff for submission to and approval by the State Department of Education or other designated agencies. Prepare monthly reports on the progress of all Title programs within the Consolidated Application, ELs, Migrant and any other related projects. Identify ELs, oversee the assessment of ELs including accommodations, account for the progress and proficiency of ELs, ensure the provision of a LIEP program to all identified ELs at proficiency levels 1.0-4.3, etc. Disseminate project information to the appropriate staff and the community. Coordinate related staff development activities. Oversee all Title Program funds for Consolidated Application including budgets and grants. Review and approve purchase requests in line with the Federal Programs budget. Coordinate with the planning and appropriate use of funds available to the schools through the various federal programs. Be familiar with the detail of all revenues and expenditures; use this knowledge to prepare budget requests and monitor appropriated budgets to ensure compliance, working with Finance staff when necessary. Amend and revise the Consolidated Application including all Title Federal Programs to document allocations and Division spending in OM
