IMSolutions Seeks Experienced Federal Acquisition Professional to Support and Train the Next Generation of Acquisition Professionals! The IMS ACQPASS Training Program Trainer and Career Coach utilizes leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to promote academic and personal success by implementing a comprehensive coaching program that encompasses personal development of cohort members as well as academic and career needs. The career coach will facilitate learning, offer advice, and assess individual cohort members to identify and support strengths and weaknesses. Incumbent additionally provides training in the IMS ACQPASS Training acquisition curriculum. Provide ongoing feedback to the training program team to improve cohort learner experience. Actively engage with participants to ensure program requirements, priorities, and need for full participation are clearly understood. Provide presentation of course materials and lead discussions focused on helping participants understand Federal contracting principles, how to apply them, and why they are important. Encourage participants to think critically to reach solutions during training events. Understand participants' thought process and provide guidance on how to reach optimal solutions. Provide coaching and encouragement to cohort participants by communicating both strengths and opportunities for improvement. Work with cohort members on career planning and provide tips for strengthening skills. Participate in efforts to recruit and train additional training and career coaches to help successfully scale the program. Support student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience. Coach cohort members through their acquisition program. Encourage
