RESPONSIBILITIES Human Capital Strategic Consultants are responsible for:- Designing and developing human capital programs and systems- Conducting strategic workforce planning- Identifying innovative approaches to address organizational roadblocks and opportunities- Managing projects from kick-off through evaluation, employing project and change management best practices throughout the process- Engaging with leaders across the enterprise to inform and educate them on the products and services provided by the organization- Gathering information (both qualitative and quantitative) and conducting analyses required to project future workforce requirements and organizational needs- Consulting with senior level champions and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and programs that support the organization's goals and future workforce requirements- Collaborating with human capital partners (recruitment, career planning, training and development, etc.) to design programs and processes in line with the strategic plans- Developing communication and change management strategies to support the implementation of initiatives - Briefing organizational leaders to inform and gain buy-in SKILLS The successful candidate must have deep experience in consulting and excellent strategic-thinking, communications (written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable navigating ambiguity, anticipating and proactively meeting customer needs, quickly pivoting when priorities change and anticipating and mitigating organizational issues with sound planning, engagement, and change management approaches. Familiarity with human capital/talent management is preferred, but not required.Ideal candidates will demonstrate: - Prior experience building, implementing, evaluating, and modifying organizational strategies and programs- Exceptional oral, visual and written communications, including creating and delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences- Customer focus - Flexibility- Critical thinking- Resilience- Influence and negotiation- Ability to build and sustain productive working relationships and partnerships at all levels- Ability to dissect difficult, non-routine problems and use judgment to determine appropriate solu
