The Foundation is seeking a senior-level professional to contribute to strategy development for the Employment, Education and Training (EET) portfolio aimed at building scalable practice models, field-building strategies and policy and system solutions that promote labor market opportunities and outcomes - particularly for youth and young adults of color. As a senior associate, you will: work with the director of EET to design, implement and manage key strategies and investments; lead research, policy development and field-building work related to high school reconnection and completion, postsecondary education and youth engagement and development; and advance strategic goals and outcomes aimed at promoting equitable education and employment opportunities for young people of color. Qualified candidates will have the following: Master's degree (MBA, MMP, MPA, MPH, MSW or JD) in economic development, community development, planning, business, education, policy or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years of experience leading the implementation of career and technical education, work-based learning, career pathways and/or related strategies with educational institutions, community-based organizations, intermediaries, government or policy-advocacy organizations Knowledge of strategies aimed at promoting high school completion, increasing post-secondary credentialing, increasing economic opportunity and closing racial and ethnic equity gaps in educational atta
