The Foundation is seeking three senior-level professional to support the overall vision, planning and implementation of its Family Well-Being Strategy Group (FWSG) strategies, which aim to ensure all children and youth from birth through age 26 and their families are safe, healthy and equipped to thrive together, free of unnecessary child welfare system involvement. FWSG's work includes preventing children from entering child welfare systems, child welfare system reform and older youth strategies, including the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative. As a senior associate, you will: develop, implement and manage FWSG strategies and ensure coordination and collaboration across the Center for Systems Innovation (CSI) and the Foundation; lead special projects in conjunction with FWSG leadership, including efforts focused on financing and promoting prevention, youth mental health and cross-system issues affecting young people, families and communities; lead community-based work with public child welfare agencies and communities to develop, demonstrate, iterate and scale new alternatives and practices related to permanence, prevention, connection, kinship and ending the need for group placements in child welfare; and design strategy that supports efforts to build public will and advance policies and practices that ensure older youth who have spent time in foster care have the relationships, resources and opportunities
