Wood Finisher Needed New Era Custom Design and Cabinet Works Inc is looking for skilled individuals with knowledge to top coat and finish wood products. Auto Repair Technicians/Body Shop Sprayers are also welcome to apply. Skills in the spray booth are a must. Our Finishing Department is a high production large volume shop that needs individuals that can use a spray gun. Our spray guns and systems include HVLP, High Pressure Spray Pots, Airless Air Assist sprayers. We are looking for Top Coaters that can lay down top coats with minimum orange peal and defect free. Additional on the job training will be provided for mixing stains and or other finishing techniques and equipment. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience spraying finishes and top coats. Task that will be performed: Regular maintenance of spray guns Fast change over from different materials. Quickly loading and unloading spray booths. Knowledge and skill to adjust spray guns per the material required for the job Operation of Dual Action (D/A) sanders. Properly cleaning spray booths prior to top coating product. Ability to use power tools, gram scales, and mixing devices. Keeping spray areas clean in order to mix the next batch of top coat. Filling nail holes with putty What we are looking for: Team players.
