Live In House Agreement

Includes:

Accommodations:
· Bedroom and private bathroom
o Temporarily in our guest room while your new room is being built
· Your room will have a mini fridge and microwave
· Your room will be furnished and have linens as well as towels
· Access to our community amenities
o Gym
o Pool and Hot Tub (summer)
o Community Activities
· Cell Phone to use during your employment with us

Meals
· We will prepare or have available breakfast, lunch and dinner every day
· You may store your own food in the garage fridge and freezer or in your bedroom mini fridge

Hours:
· 7:30-5:30 Monday- Friday (30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks)
· 2 Evenings of babysitting a month
· Weekends and Evenings off (unless otherwise requested)
· Any extra hours will be compensated at 12 dollars an hour and will be requested in advance
· Pay of 500 dollars a week (non negotionable)

Not Included:
· No guests in the home
· No smoking
· No drugs
· No pets
· No being drunk (drinking within reason is fine)
