Rehoming pitbull

I am looking for a new home for my pitbull, he is almost 9 months old. She is vaccinated but my certificate was stolen. She is a very protective dog, very friendly, very imperative. He likes to run, bite stuffed animals, he likes to eat corn tortillas. It is very strong. She is good with other dogs although she could be very impractical and bother them. She is aggressive with people she doesn't know to protect the owner. nothing wrong with her but I live in an apartment and she barks at external noises and the neighbors have already complained.
