Now Hiring – Cleaning Supervisor (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established cleaning company located in the Fort Lauderdale area. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, including weekends, and will be based primarily in the office.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff.
-Communicate with clients and guests when needed.
-Manage schedules and task distribution.
-Ensure quality standards are met.
-Report to management and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
-Previous experience supervising cleaning staff.
-Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-Computer proficiency.
-Bilingual (English and Spanish required).
Compensation:
Pay: $16 – $17 per hour, based on experience.
