Handyman/General Maintenance

We are looking for a Handyman for general / basic maintenance. Their primary duties include repairing plumbing systems, repairing equipment or tools, and testing various appliances or appliances to make sure they are working properly.

Main responsibilities:

Especially placing tiles (walls and floors), removing and placing tubs in bathrooms.

Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry.

Painting, A/C(minor)

Full time, Pay $18 an hour, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5pm.

Experience:

Maintenance: 1 year (required)

Social Security and Permit for Work (required)

Ability to commute to Lauderdale Lakes FL, 33311
