Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for assisting in various warehouse operations, including pick and packing, receiving, sorting, shipping products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and Process Incoming Shipments: Unload trucks, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect for damages.
Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick items according to order specifications, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment.
Maintain Inventory: Keep track of stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies.
Ensure Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 35 – 40 lbs).
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
