We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo lifts, to move, load, and unload goods safely and accurately. Your expertise will ensure smooth warehouse operations, proper inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
Operate forklift trucks, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo lifts to load and unload materials with precision and care.
Safely handle heavy lifting tasks and manual handling of goods in accordance with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols.
Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and proper documentation to ensure accurate stock levels.
Pick orders efficiently using order picker equipment while maintaining accuracy in line with warehouse distribution procedures.
Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage or dispatch.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic repairs or report maintenance needs promptly to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety standards in production environments, including proper use of safety gear and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Qualifications

Proven experience operating warehouse material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or Hi-Lo lifts.
Knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, shipping & receiving procedures.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and logistics software.
Strong understanding of forklift safety protocols and OSHA regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining efficiency.
Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurement tasks.
Prior experience in warehouse supervision or materials handling roles is a plus but not required.
