Freight/ Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced logistics and freight forwarding coordinator/ CSR. The applicant must have strong computer skill sets and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Logistics/ Freight experience is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

· Tracking and tracing throughout the shipment's lifecycle
· Auditing documentation (BOLS, PLs, Commercial Invoices, Import/Export Docs, Airline Docs, etc.)
· Emailing customer daily shipment statuses
· Gathering and entering billing charges
· Invoicing customers
· Assisting OPS teams (INTL and DOMESTIC) as needed

Core Requirements
· Email management; proficiency in OUTLOOK
· Experience with utilizing customer TMS (SAP preferred)
· Must possess experience in Microsoft office
· Minimum of 5 years in customer service operations
· Problem solving and strong trouble shooting mindset
· Able to work overtime and weekends if needed

Shift: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) overtime as needed
