Position Summary: The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking applicants for the Coordinator of the Doyle Center for Gender and Sexuality . This appointment is on an annual year basis. The Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the Doyle Center for Gender and Sexuality including developing, evaluating, and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) student success programs and recruitment efforts for the unit to support underrepresented students' success. The Coordinator develops internal partnerships in support of program awareness and provides student interventions as needed. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$49,000, commensurate with experience. This is a benefits and paid leave eligible position. Responsibilities: Responsible for outreach efforts and represents the department at Prospective Student Services' events and other campus partner events relevant to student recruitment and student achievement. Lead the department's programming efforts. Including, but not limited to orientation, spring and fall kick off events, leadership conferences, gender and sexuality diversity programming, trainings, graduation celebrations, workshops, guest lecture series, forums and special events. Examples of some annual events are: National Coming Out Day, Worlds Aids Day, Women's History Month Work, etc. Occasional evening and weekend events are required. Manage the student development programming and coordinate student leadership opportunities. Advocate for and assist student organizations which have a focused mission on supporting women, gender identity, and LGBTQ+ student populations. Collaborate with the University's Prevention and Education Coordinator in the Dean of Students Office in supporting educational outreach activities focused on creating an inclusive campus supportive of women, LGBTQ+ community members and all gender identities on campus including educational programming focused on sexual assault prevention. Manage assessment and data management for the populations served. Manage the center's budget. Maintain and supervise the physical space of the Doyle Center including, restocking inventory, opening and closing the center, building the resources available in the center. Oversee s
