We're in an exciting time - building out our strategic roadmap, further growing our portfolio of brands and looking to grow our business Your role will focus on developing and delivering foresight into emerging customer and retail trends that will impact the future in our space. You and your team will directly impact our enterprise strategy and work across Marketing, Merchandising, ECommerce, and our Operations teams. You'll also help the business improve performance by providing actionable and impactful insight analysis You will be a critical part of taking us to the next level as the work you and your team perform are foundational to the growth of our business What You'll Love: Being part of an innovation-driven organization that is growing fast and taking care of business. What You'll Do: Create and articulate a customer insights/analytics vision for the organization Understand our existing/prospective customer base; and generate monthly customer perspectives to capture customer mindset and future scenarios, guiding the state of customer for executives Develop a predictive analytic and data science capabilities roadmap within the team and by utilizing external resources Deliver analyses and recommendations using both descriptive and predictive techniques Steward KPI's that are critical to the health of the business, and monitor and communicate their ongoing progress Develop forecasting and
