Facilities Project Manager

You'll help manage one of the most unique and technically advanced corporate campuses in the United States as a Project Manager on the Epic Facilities Team. Epic's 8-million-square-foot campus features 25 interconnected office buildings, each with distinctive architecture and a creative theme, as well as a state-of-the-art training facility and five-story, underground auditorium. Our campus also utilizes alternative sources of energy, including 12 MW of wind and solar energy and 15,000 tons of cooling produced by one of the largest geothermal systems in North America. As a Facilities Project Manager, you'll help coordinate and plan for facility and capital building improvement projects related to new construction, the electricals and mechanicals on campus. You'll be responsible for coordinating those building repair and construction projects, communicating across departments, providing regular updates to the leadership team, and making sure teams are operating efficiently and effectively.
