Internal Medicine Physician

The Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks exceptional internists to provide patient-centered care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in the outpatient setting. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence who are committed to growing the next generation of physicians through hands-on instruction of residents, fellows, and medical students. GIM prides itself on a team-based care model in which physicians and Advance Practice Providers (NP/PA) work together to provide empathetic and collaborative primary care. Successful candidates will demonstrate not only their comprehensive clinical knowledge, but their ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
