Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our consulting services team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, managing communications, assisting with employee coordination, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process and manage invoices accurately and on time
-Edit and review documents using Adobe software
-Create and maintain schedules for field employees
-Track and manage employee activities on the field
-Communicate professionally via email and phone
-Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
-Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word
-Perform general administrative duties as needed
-Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Requirements:
-Bilingual in English (must be able to read, write, and speak fluently)
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
-Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing tools
-Familiarity with proper business email etiquette
-Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-Previous experience managing field staff and scheduling is a plus
