We are in search of individuals with over a decade of expertise spanning diverse domains, including Aeronautical Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Floral Industry, Procurement, International Trade, Sales, Air and Maritime Logistics, and Freight Transport.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to our esteemed clientele.
Efficiently coordinate and track air cargo shipments.
Proactively manage and resolve customer concerns, ensuring meticulous data entry.
Accurately administer accounts to uphold organizational precision.
Thrive in a dynamic team environment, adeptly handling multiple tasks with finesse.
Demonstrate unwavering attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits:

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday.
Friday includes a "night shift."
Saturday entails a half-day commitment.

Requirements:
A wealth of experience exceeding 10 years in Cargo Operations.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check in alignment with local laws/regulations.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and an aptitude for swiftly mastering new computer systems/platforms.
Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; a university degree is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
