What You’ll Do
You’ll work with our production team to prepare, install, and strike event setups at venues.

Responsibilities include:

Load and unload furniture, décor, and equipment from trucks
Set up lounge seating, sofas, chairs, coffee tables, cocktail tables, bars, and event furnishings
Place and arrange items according to floorplans and design layouts
Assist with staging, décor installs, and basic fabrication/assembly
Maintain clean, organized workspaces on-site
Break down and pack items carefully after events
Protect and handle inventory to prevent damage
Follow timelines to ensure events are ready on schedule
Provide general on-site support during installs and strikes

What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Detail-oriented with a good eye for setup and presentation
Positive attitude and professional demeanor at venues
Flexible availability (early mornings, late nights, weekends often required)
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Experience in events, warehouse, moving, or production work is a plus (but we will train the right person)
