Surly's beer hall, kitchen, and beer garden are now open!

Guests will find 30+ tap lines that include everything from core brands like Furious and Grapefruit Supreme to a dozen beer hall exclusives. The kitchen is open as of July 7th with returning favorites like hog frites and new dishes like Minnesota fried chicken sandwiches and tacos al pastor.

As we reopen, the beer hall will continue extending its hours. Doors are currently open Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m., and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Other changes to the beer hall experience include updated artwork, a memorial to former legislator and Minnesota craft beer patron saint Linda Scheid, counter service, and a service-included charge to all checks.

(The service charge is 18% added automatically to all checks. It's used to support higher wages and benefit costs for our hospitality staff. Neither patrons nor staff are required to wear masks per the city of Minneapolis. That said, some staff will continue wearing them for their own personal health, and you're welcome to as well. If this bothers you, please find literally anything else to worry about.
