1. Personnel requirements:
A. Be able to communicate in simple English, which is very important. If you don’t know English at all, then we can’t communicate;
B. Have a spirit of contract, a sense of responsibility, and be able to respect various standards and rules;
C. It is best to live near the above zip code area;
D. It is best to have relevant courier work experience, and those with experience will be given priority. For example: Amazon, SPEEDX, UNIUNI, piggy, GOMO, etc.
2. Income:
Income is calculated based on the number of packages successfully delivered. 1.7 US dollars/piece (check payment), 1.6 US dollars/piece (cash payment).
3. Payment cycle:
All similar courier jobs have similar payment cycles. The first week's salary will be paid on Friday or Saturday of the third week, and the second week's salary will be paid on Friday or Saturday of the fourth week. And so on, settlement will be made once a week. If you do not continue to work, settlement will be made in the same way until the remuneration is settled.
4. Penalties and compensation:
A. If you are often late without objective reasons, cooperation will be cancelled;
B. If the route and tasks have been planned and there is no objective reason for absence, cooperation will be cancelled;
C. If you often fail to complete the tasks of the day without objective reasons, cooperation will be cancelled;
D. If the photos of the package delivery do not meet the standard requirements and are complained by customers, penalties will be imposed;
E. If the delivery is to the wrong address, penalties will be imposed.
5. Others:H. You need a driver's license and SSN. If you don't have an SSN, a personal temporary tax number is also fine. If you want to pay in cash, we can also help you.
