Electropolishing Technician en Santa Ana

Job Title: (Training Provided)
Location: Santa Ana 92703
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr
About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp and motivated individual to join our team as an Electropolishing Technician. No prior electropolishing experience required — full training will be provided by the manager. We need someone dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of stepping up to lead the team when the manager is not available.
Responsibilities:
Learn and perform electropolishing processes (training provided)
Prepare, clean, and inspect parts before and after polishing
Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Ensure product quality and consistency
Take initiative and support the team in the manager’s absence
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Dependable and proactive with leadership potential
Manufacturing or metal finishing experience is a plus (not required)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
