Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Assistant to support machine operators with daily production, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify orders for correct sizes, colors, and specifications
- Assist with loading designs and setting up embroidery machines
- Hoop garments and prepare thread for production
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues
- Support basic machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, thread changes)
- Maintain workflow and communicate with team members
Qualifications:

- No minimum education required
- Embroidery experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Physical Requirements:

- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive hand movements
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
