Forklift Sit Down en Carson

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, locate, stack, and track materials within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
Move products to and from storage areas, racks, trailers, and loading docks
Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
Maintain accurate inventory by properly handling and recording materials
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and organizing
Keep work areas clean and free of hazards

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift required
Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Basic math and inventory skills are a plus

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required
Schedule & Pay (Example – customize as needed):

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.90 per hour
