Job Title: Heavy Lead – Framing Department
Location: Anaheim
Schedule: Full-Time 6:45am-3:30pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Heavy Lead to oversee large-format canvas framing. This role involves assembling oversized frames, leading a small team, and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
Assemble large custom canvas frames using tools and equipment
Lead and train team members in the heavy framing area
Ensure quality control and meet daily production goals
Coordinate with printing and shipping teams
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Requirements:
2+ years framing or woodworking experience
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Comfortable using saws, staple guns, and measuring tools
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
