In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards set by our Nutrition Quality Department and verified by independent labs 🔬✅. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and maintenance teams to keep operations running at peak performance.
🚀 What You'll Do
🔍 Inspect work areas and identify unsafe conditions to keep everyone safe
⚙️ Operate production systems safely and efficiently
🛠️ Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and assist with minor equipment repairs
🔒 Follow lockout/tagout procedures before servicing or cleaning equipment
📦 Set up and run pack-out systems (manual 🤲, automatic 🤖, or both 🔄)
⚖️ Monitor product output to ensure accurate bag weights and quality standards
📦 Handle occasional manual stacking and material movement
📊 Maintain packaging supply inventory within the facility
📝 Complete batch records, inspection reports, and other documentation clearly
🧹 Keep work areas clean, organized, and GMP-compliant
📣 Communicate with team members and leadership about system performance and issues
🛠️ What You Bring
⚙️ Experience operating manual and automated packing equipment
🧠 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
🚜 Ability to operate forklifts and bulk bag filling systems
🎯 Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
📋 Willingness to follow GMP/FDA regulations and complete annual training
