Job Details:
✅ Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
✅ Schedule: Monday - Friday (Must be able to work overtime)
✅ Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
✅ Pay Rate: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
✅ Language: Bilingual preferred
✅ Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Machine Operator in the metal manufacturing industry
✅ Interview Process: Resume submission & in-person interview
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
🔹 Perform quality inspections using calipers, spring testers, and other tools
🔹 Initiate basic machine setups
🔹 Train junior operators (B & C levels)
🔹 Lift, transport, and position raw materials
🔹 Adjust machinery under setup personnel's guidance
🔹 Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
