📌 Pay Rate: $20

📌 Bilingual

📌 Able to work OT and Weekends when need

DUTIES:

✅ We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Administrator to support the maintenance department with administrative tasks, scheduling, recordkeeping, and parts inventory management.

✅ This role plays a key part in ensuring the maintenance team operates efficiently by coordinating work orders, maintaining documentation, organizing parts inventory, and managing requests within the CMMS. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders.

✅ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the CMMS.

✅ Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance.

✅ Monitor and track inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and parts.

✅ Update and manage data within the CMMS.

✅ Ensure documentation complies with safety and company standards.

✅ Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.

✅ Support parts organization, including data entry and pricing updates in the CMMS.

Qualifications:

📌 Previous administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in maintenance, facilities, or operations. 📌 Strong organizational and time management skills.

📌 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

📌 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

📌 Experience with a CMMS required.

📌 Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
