Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required maintenance tasks.

Payrate: $18- $22/hour

Schedule: Flexible with on call availability

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues, repair machinery, and maintain building structures.
• This role requires technical knowledge, physical stamina, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Complete work orders and repair requests in a timely manner.
• Estimate time and scope of repairs needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and paint interior and exterior facilities

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience
• Must be able to lift and move more than 50lbs
• Safety-oriented with full mobility
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
• Maintain facilities restrooms
• Must be able to drive to different work locations
• Bilingual English/Vietnamese is a plus
