· Monday – Friday
· Pay Rate: $20 Hr. (can change depending experience)
· Bilingual
· 1st Shift (4AM-12:30PM)
· Able to works on Saturdays when needed
· Over 2 years of Chemical blending
Duties:
As a Batch Maker, you will be responsible for manufacturing products in accordance with predefined procedures and instructions following health and safety guidelines. Must be able to work in a fast and mobile environment. Must have a get-the-job-done attitude and be able to work OT or Saturdays as needed.
Batch Making/Blending:
Physically handling the transfer of bulk chemicals, liquid solids, and powder from pails, bags, or drums. Accurately measuring and calculating chemical additions. Monitor assigned batches during processing to ensure adherence to specifications and make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications. Ensure the completion of jobs meeting quality and quantity requirements. Cleaning/rinsing mixer and tanks. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records and documents, etc. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations including department and housekeeping standards. Strict attention to detail always (following procedures, documentation, equipment usage, chemical handling, and storage. Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and free of any safety hazards. Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
