Job Details:
✔ Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
✔ Schedule: Monday – Friday (Must be available for overtime)
✔ Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
✔ Pay Rate: $24 - $26 per hour

Position Overview:
The Spot Welder is responsible for setting up and operating spot welding equipment while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Weld or tack-weld overlapping edges of sheet metal components.
🔹 Position clamp electrodes under workpieces to ensure proper alignment.
🔹 Apply electrodes at specified weld points, completing the circuit for heating metal to joining temperature.
🔹 Adjust equipment for automatic timing of current as needed.
🔹 Inspect welded components for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
🔹 Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
🔹 Attend group training for new or modified tasks.
🔹 Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Welder.
✔ Skills: Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
✔ Language: English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
