• Pay: $18-$19/hr.

· Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Supervisor.

· Coordinate with Line Workers to ensure daily line assignment production efficiency.

· Perform daily inspection of equipment to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe operation.

· Perform accurate and timely setup/changeover of lines per the production schedule.

· Review the Bill of Material (BOM) and Line Summary before each run and complete the whiteboard with the required operational efficiency information.

· Ensure the line meets or exceeds efficiency requirements.

· Perform changeovers for the subsequent run in an accurate, timely, and safe manner.

· Ensure all components are properly packaged and marked with the correct part number.

· Notify the Supervisor of the support part shortages.

· Notify the Supervisor of any issues affecting quality and efficiency and correct issues as directed.

· Complete and administer all documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

· Ensure setups and required maintenance are complete for transition to subsequent shifts as directed.

· Coordinate with the Supervisor in compiling operations

· final efficiency production run logs.

· Perform all duties as required in the Stay Safe Injury and Illness Prevention Program.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience

· 6 months experience working in manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

· Experience with setup/teardown of equipment including mechanical skillset.

· Working and leading a team of up to 15 personnel.
