· Able to work OT and Weekends

Job Duties:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on Manufactured Components are used
Review and understand work instructions and blueprints to ensure proper components are used
Inform Supervisor of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problems
Supports improvement efforts for safety, quality and productivity
Communicate effectively with department personnel to facilitate production orders
Follow instructions as provided by supervisor
Complete assigned work within given timeframe and according to specifications
Cooperate with other employees in the department and maintain a safe working environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
Adhere to all company safety regulations
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to understand a work order to use proper components
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of quality assurance concepts to identify and prevent errors within the production process is preferred
Ability to work overtime
Ability to arrive promptly for shift and stand/or walk for duration of shift
Ability to hear, speak, kneel, bend and use a step ladder or stool
Able to lift 40 pounds
Capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
