Printing Technician

The Print Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, troubleshooting print-related issues, and assisting in production workflow. This role is ideal for someone with experience in large-format printing, color calibration, and basic machine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor digital and large-format printing equipment to produce high-quality prints.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machines.
Ensure accurate color calibration and print quality control.
Load and adjust media, ink, and other materials to maintain production efficiency.
Inspect final products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in digital printing, large-format printing, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of printing software, RIP software, and color management.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for print machinery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UV, dye sublimation, or direct-to-garment printing.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic file adjustments.
Forklift certification or experience handling large print media (a plus).
