Recycle Sorter

We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our recycling center team. This is a hands-on position in an outdoor work environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and staying active throughout the day.

Job Duties

-Assist customers with unloading recyclable materials
-Sort and organize materials according to site guidelines
-Load and unload materials using basic tools and equipment
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized outdoor work area
-Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Requirements

-Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
-Ability to lift, stand, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
-Willingness to follow instructions and safety rules
-Previous labor or yard experience is a plus but not required
