Job Title: Seasonal Team Lead – 1st Shift 5:30 AM-3:00PM
Location: Buena Park, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (Overtime Required)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Seasonal Team Lead to oversee production operations during the 1st shift at our Buena Park facility. This role involves managing two production lines and supervising a team of 20–30 employees to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily activities across two production lines
Supervise and support a team of 20–30 workers
Monitor workflow and ensure production goals are achieved
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Be available for mandatory overtime as needed

Qualifications:

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production or warehouse setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
