Hours: Monday- Friday (6:45am - 3:30pm)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The Shipping Clerk plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time. You’ll work closely with the production and customer service teams to maintain quality and efficiency in our shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and package digital canvas prints for shipment
Inspect final products for quality assurance before packaging
Create and print shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carrier software
Ensure correct packaging materials are used to protect items during transit
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and notify management when stock is low
Update tracking information and assist with shipment-related inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
Assist in receiving and organizing incoming deliveries as needed
Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, UPS/FedEx software) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
