Duties

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document all deliveries accurately using warehouse management systems such as AS400 or MRPs.
Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials, ensuring proper labeling, and confirming order accuracy through RF scanners and order pickers.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload materials efficiently.
Stock inventory in designated areas, perform regular cycle counts, and update stock levels within warehouse management systems to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
Assist with order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and preparing aerospace parts for shipment in compliance with industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols during load & unload activities and storage procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders for e-commerce platforms or direct customer deliveries while adhering to strict quality control standards.Experience
Prior warehouse experience in shipping & receiving within an aerospace or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
Must be able to read blue prints.
Bilingual is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems (such as AS400), RF scanners, MRP software, and basic math skills for inventory calculations.
Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck driving, pallet jacks, or order pickers is advantageous.
Experience handling packaging materials and performing order picking & packing tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including load & unload procedures and stock replenishment routines.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously in a fast-paced environment.
