Must be able to communicate well in English (read/write/speak)
Can operate a Stand-Up Order Picker/Cherry Picker + Sit-Down Lift
Is computer literate; has experience using Federal Express ShipManager & UPS WorldShip software; can make labels and BOLs
Comfortable using an ERP system (we are launching Sage 100 in a few months, they must be able and willing to learn the software!)
Can use an RF scanner
Able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Can count, sort, box, label, and palletize shipments
Is accustomed to a fast-paced warehouse environment
Has reliable transportation
Can pass a background check to be converted
Can work Overtime + every other Saturday once converted
