Shipping Clerk (Full-Cycle Shipping)
We’re looking for a dependable Shipping Clerk who is experienced in full-cycle shipping. This role is hands-on and requires managing the entire shipping process from start to finish at an assigned station.
Completing shipments from beginning to end, including:
Pulling and verifying orders
Counting, sorting, and packaging items
Labeling and preparing shipments
Staging and palletizing orders
Creating shipping labels using carrier systems
Completing shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL)
Loading shipments for dispatch
Each Shipping Clerk is responsible for handling their own orders independently.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Experience operating a stand-up order picker (cherry picker) and sit-down forklift
Comfortable using computers and shipping software (FedEx ShipManager and UPS WorldShip)
Experience creating labels and completing BOLs
Able to use an RF scanner
Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Skilled in pulling, counting, sorting, boxing, labeling, and palletizing shipments
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check and drug screening (required for permanent hire)
Willing to work overtime and every other Saturday after conversion
Schedule & Pay
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Temp-to-hire position
$20 per hour
