Job Summary
Our client in Buena Park is looking for an experienced Production Lead to oversee and manage our production operations efficiently. The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production team, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, and maintaining high-quality standards in compliance with industry regulations.
PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FROM SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER
Duties:
Supervise Production Line: Lead a team of production workers, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the production line.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products, ensurinng they meet company standards and specifications.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current staff on production processes and safety procedures.
Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtimes, and issues. Report daily production activities to the Production Manager.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
