General Labor workers!!!

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks, including assisting skilled tradespeople, operating basic tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed
Clean and prepare job sites
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Support skilled workers (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and general upkeep tasks
Move, lift, and organize materials
Dispose of waste and debris properly
Complete tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous labor or construction experience is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects (typically 50+ lbs)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor work environments
Exposure to varying weather conditions
Physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
