JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone to provide maintenance assistance in Irvine, CA. This is a Part time position working 6 hours a week (Saturdays morning). This unique position consists of providing basic janitorial services. We need a very responsible person that reports to work on time and consistently as scheduled.
The time commitment is 6.00 hours a week with opportunity for additional hours for coverage or event.
JOB DUTIES:
Performs exterior cleaning duties at the job site
Blows off or sweeps walkways and sidewalks
Other duties may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- No education required, however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site.
- Other physical requirements may include: Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms. Must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds normally.
- Person must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work on Holidays.
- The qualified person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- A qualified person must also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to the supervisor.
