Shop Fabricator

Hourly varies based on experience

Pay ranges $17-20/hr

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
 2+ years of tools and equipment experience, modular construction or production preferred.
 Read and understand work orders, schematics, and technical manuals.
 OSHA 10 preferred, must be willing to take OSHA 10 course.
 Must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends when necessary.
 Salary is commensurate with education, years of experience, and market.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
 Knowledge of architectural design and planning principles and procedures.
 Ability to collaborate with staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work
assignments.
 Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
 Ability to read schematics work orders, blueprints, and technical manuals.
 Technical knowledge of building components and their function.
 Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various
constituencies.
 Skills in workflow analysis and management.
 Knowledge of building components, life cycle values, and maintenance requirements.
 Must be flexible for overnight and weekend work.
