Hourly varies based on experience
Pay ranges $17-20/hr
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of tools and equipment experience, modular construction or production preferred.
Read and understand work orders, schematics, and technical manuals.
OSHA 10 preferred, must be willing to take OSHA 10 course.
Must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends when necessary.
Salary is commensurate with education, years of experience, and market.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of architectural design and planning principles and procedures.
Ability to collaborate with staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work
assignments.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Ability to read schematics work orders, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Technical knowledge of building components and their function.
Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various
constituencies.
Skills in workflow analysis and management.
Knowledge of building components, life cycle values, and maintenance requirements.
Must be flexible for overnight and weekend work.
