Job Description:
Operations Assistant Manager (Roofing Department)
We are a fast growing and well-established construction company looking to hire an Assistant Manager for our Roofing Department.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Assist and coordinate with schedule (deploy crews to work site assigned)
Monitor and inspect quality of work on all active projects
Oversee job activities and process
Monitor work progress and meet deadlines
Job Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday through Saturday
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
Must have clean driving record-you will be driving company vehicle (we will check driver's record) must
provide DMV record
Must have computer experience (tech Savvy-Microsoft Office- i.e Excel)
Must be able to follow directions with minimal supervision
Must follow company safety guidelines
Must have the abilty to do physical labor
Must have experience hiring and onboarding new hires
Compensation:
$20.00 per hr. starting (depending on experience)
