Sushi Chef (Full-time / Part-time)
💼 Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and specialty items
Maintain high-quality food standards and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
Work efficiently during busy service hours
Assist with inventory and prep as needed
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of sushi chef experience
Ability to handle high-volume service
Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish handling
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
