Responsibilities
Table Turnover: Quickly clear dishes, glassware, and silverware after guests depart so the next party can be seated.
Sanitization: Clean and sanitize table surfaces, chairs, and booths according to health safety standards.
Dining Room Maintenance: Sweep floors under and around tables and ensure the overall dining area is tidy and presentable.
Server Support: Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or side items, and resetting tables with clean linens and cutlery.
Dish Room Coordination: Transport loaded tubs of soiled dishes to the dishwashing station and organize them for the dishwasher.
